Who can enter?+

Anyone. Existing Rhino members enter for free. New to Rhino? Entry is $128 which gives you 28 days of unlimited group training plus the full challenge experience.

What fitness level do I need?+

All levels welcome. Our coaches scale every session so whether you're just starting out or you've been training for years, you'll be challenged at the right level.

How does the habit tracker work?+

There are 10 daily habits — 4 things to cut out (alcohol, sugar, takeaway, processed snacks) and 6 to add in (Rhino sessions, protein, water, sleep, steps, mindset). Tick them off each day. Hit 8 out of 10 and you earn 2 bonus leaderboard points for that day.

How do I track my points?+

Session points and social points are tracked by the Rhino team on the leaderboard. Habit tracker points are self-reported — use the digital tracker on this page and screenshot your daily progress to the WhatsApp group.

What sessions count?+

All scheduled Rhino group sessions — FIT, BUILD, STRONG, CREW, BLITZ, and TEEN. Every session attended earns 3 points.

Is there a closing event?+

Yes — Saturday 5 July. Prize announcement, community vibes, and a celebration of everyone who showed up. Attending earns 10 bonus points too.

What if I miss a day?+

No stress. This is about consistency over perfection. Miss a day, get back after it tomorrow. Every session and every habit still earns points regardless.
