Why I became a personal trainer
I have played sport and been active since a very young age. Throughout school it was an obvious choice for me that the career i wanted had to be something to do with physical activity. I have a passion for seeing individuals achieve their goals – whether this be in health and fitness or just in general. Being a personal trainer is very rewarding seeing this happen on a regular basis.
4 tips to achieve health and fitness goals
- Set realistic goals – don’t set a goal that is impossible to achieve, this will backfire and motivation will decrease.
- Make a plan and stick to it – doing this keeps you accountable and gets you on your way to smash these goals.
- Increase your preferred types of training- this will mean you enjoy it more therefore training more often/ harder.
- Nutrition must be a priority – 70% of results are achieved by nutrition.
