Why I became a personal trainer

I have been a Personal Trainer for 8 years now, passionately helping individuals and groups of people lose weight, improve their health and fitness and become consistent with their exercise. Im so passionate about the fitness industry, love coming to work each day, and could not see myself doing anything else.

I started Rhino Health and Fitness 4 years ago, growing the business into a team of motivated and passionate staff, out of our Personal Training Studio in Taren Point, and running 10 week outdoor Bootcamps.

4 tips to achieve health and fitness goals

  • Be consistent with your training plan. Never miss sessions, be active, incorporate high intensity training and resistance training into your weekly training plan

  • Educate yourself on eating the right foods at the right times of the day. Nutrition is 70% of your Result and is a major factor in your weight loss and body sculpting goals

  • Have balance. Don’t go for the quick result. Work hard Monday to Fridays and enjoy yourself on the weekends without blowing out your mid week results.

  • Have fun.
