The Rhino Health and Fitness Male Physique personal training program is just what you need!

As with all fitness programs, you will need to make some lifestyle adjustments if you want to see noticable changes.

Lifting weights and exercise is just half the package. Your diet needs to change from junk to fresh, from oily and fried to fresh and baked. Reduce or quit smoking and drinking. Adequate sleep is also vital. Ensure you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep at night. This is when your body repairs itself and preps it ready for the next day’s challenges.

Your diet is the most important so ensure that you are

  • Eating at least 5-6 small meals a day
  • Eating the right amount of lean protein
  • Drinking at least 2 liters of water a day.
  • Keeping free of toxins (cigarettes, alcohol, junk food, soft drink.)
  • Eat good fats such as Nuts, Seeds, and Ocean Omega 3Â’s.
  • Eat Grains, Fruits and Vegetables daily.
  • Combine the above with the right supplement program
