Rhinos Bootcamps are a 10 week results driven class, led by two educated, qualified and experienced personal trainers with solid reputations in the fitness industry.

We are after men and woman of all fitness levels, wanting to lose weight and get toned. Those wanting to take control of their body shape and create long lasting changes. Those wanting to burn fat while they sleep, increase their metabolism so they burn more calories throughout the day.

Joining Rhino Bootcamp will see you training with like-minded people. Train hard and see results. No two sessions are the same. Every exercise we throw at you can be tailored to your strength and fitness levels.

We offer 2 options for 8 week bootcamp

Unlimted weekly sessions $350

1 Session per week           $250

Session Timetable

Monday     6:30pm – 7:30pm

Tuesday     5:00am – 6:00am (BOXING)

Wednesday  6:30pm – 7:30pm

Saturday    6:00am – 7:00am

The Annual 8 week Christmas Bootcamp commences 24th of October – 24th December. Limited Spots so bookings are essential. Contact Us

Session Locations

Our Outdoor Sessions vary week to week between Cronulla and Miranda. We SMS the location the day prior for morning sessions and on the day for evening sessions. Our Tuesday Morning Boxing Session is held at Rhino HQ in Taren Point.

What if it rains?

In case of rain all sessions will be moved to Rhino HQ in Taren Point
